Zero-BS help. Before you buy that course, know what you're paying for. 🇦🇺

“Price is only available while we’re on the phone.” If you’ve heard that, pick what’s still unclear and get a question to ask before you pay.

Three answers worth getting in writing.

You’re checking the offer—not whether you’re smart enough to make it work. Start with the total cost, the support and the refund terms.

  • The real total

Price in Australian dollars, exchange costs, fees and any ongoing payments.

  • Who helps you

Who answers, how quickly they respond, and what support doesn’t cover.

  • What happens if it’s not right

The exact refund terms, conditions and last day to act—saved before you pay.

I wrote a guide that could cost me a commission.

I still pay Telstra. No staff discount.

I’m Brad. At Telstra, I took inbound calls. I never knew what the next person needed until I answered.

No two callers were the same. When the standard answer didn’t fit, I challenged it. Some days my shift ended at six and I was still closing out customer jobs at ten.

I loved helping callers; I hated when scripts and targets made that harder. I still believe Telstra cares about its customers and staff. Leaving was my choice. I wanted to build something where I could make the call about how I worked, and answer for it myself.

I paid full price for the two courses examined in my guide. I bought a third and decided not to recommend it; for me, it was too focused on selling that same program to the next person. The guide also asks what the other two do and don’t answer for an Australian buyer.

Aussie On The Line is an affiliate business. If you buy through a link I share, I may earn a commission. The guide asks whether this free book could be part of the funnel, too. And I call my unnamed third-course refusal a weak test: you only have my word. The book has no affiliate links and asks for no email address.

Digital Success School is a wait. If your self-test says no, or written answers don’t improve its score within a week of asking, make it a no. Sales Made Simple Method is a case study, not a recommendation. Neither is an automatic buy.

The logo says, “I get it wrong. It stays up.” If I get something wrong, I’ll leave it up and correct it where you can see.
